To be eligible for funding for projects/programs and conferences from SGA, student organizations must have a representative from their organization attend weekly SGA meetings. Meetings are held on Mondays at 7:00 pm in the UC Auditorium. Your organization must have an SGA representative attend most meetings to be eligible for Student Budget Allocation Committee (SBAC) funding for conferences you’d like your organization to attend or to help fund events your organization wants to put on throughout the year.

If your organization cannot find a representative to attend those meetings and you would still like to apply for funding, please fill out the SBAC Hardship Review Request Form to be granted an exemption from having an SGA representative. There is nowhere you will need to submit this person's name, but make sure they know that they have to attend these meetings in the new academic year for your organization to be eligible for funding.
